What makes a good photo?

1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes! If you want to preview your pet portrait, please leave your mailbox, we will send you a preview map within 1-2 days, and we will send a portrait in an image format. If you have any feedback, you can contact us and make unlimited modifications!

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Yes! We’re happy to help you modify your pet portrait order — just contact us at contact@pawpixie.com or WhatsApp us at (+1) 424-485-5739 within 6 hours of placing your order.
After 6 hours, most changes (including address updates) may no longer be possible. Please note that in some cases, modifications could delay your shipping timeline.
